The Challenge
The client, an Australian entrepreneur, wanted to develop an auto-responder software for sending marketing emails. The client wanted to make the software an all-inclusive type to cater to the needs of a diverse range of marketing professionals. Marketing emails are not uncommon these days, but a very few of them have the real worth that serves the purpose. To combat this, the client wanted professional, well-written marketing emails that would give his software a competitive edge over his peers. The client planned to inaugurate the software at a seminar and wanted an order form so that interested people could buy the software there itself.

The Response
The dedicated content writing department at SynapseInteractive is well acquainted with promotional copywriting as well as brand development. Based on the ideas and goals portrayed by the client, the team carried out an initial research to identify a writing strategy that would be best suited to the target customers, not to mention the client. This included developing sample promotional emails with different levels of tones and dynamism, and evaluating their effectiveness, first in-house and then with the client. Throughout the period of strategy identification, the client was kept accurately informed about each and every development so that the promotional ideas never deviated from what he had previously envisioned. This collaboration and exchange of ideas turned out to be beneficial, not only for the client, but also for us to develop the materials. Each of the thirty-five emails were accurately envisioned, developed, and formatted to give an impression that these are not simple auto responders, but individual emails written especially for them. The order form also portrayed professional artisanship.

The Result
A total of thirty five email auto responders were developed, each with a different tone that was the most appropriate for the target audience. The joint effort put in by the client and Synapse Interactive bore its results. It was quite apparent from the satisfaction as expressed by the client that Synapse Interactive’s quality of work has been appreciated. The client has collaborated with Synapse Interactive in yet another venture for more promotional sales material.
